As humans, we rarely seek help until life feels overwhelming.
You’ve come to the right place. In a warm and safe environment, I can help you identify and overcome areas where you may be struggling.
My graduate training is from Denver Seminary, so I am able to integrate spirituality and psychology, if that is something you desire. It is my prayer that God will use me during our time together.
I see men, women and young adults to age 18. Let’s begin a journey together that can help you discover a more satisfying life.
Areas of expertise:
- Abuse and Trauma Recovery
- EMDR
- Anxiety/Depression
- Other emotional, relational, behavioral, & spiritual issues
Having completed my Masters Degree in Counseling from Denver Seminary in 2000, I fulfilled my 3000 training hours in 2003 and became a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
I grew up in Texas and lived in Colorado for over 10 years. I moved to Baton Rouge in 2007 and married Howard Kadair who has three grown sons. I am a member of First Presbyterian Church.
